Returns will only be accepted if you receive the product faulty/damaged on delivery. If you notice the box is damaged, please take a photo of the box unopened and then open the box to show the contents. Send me the photos to my email and I will then be able to go to the courier and raise a ticket. You must let me know within 24 hours of receiving the product, send me a message on here or to my business email. I will then contact you to either replace the item, offer a discount on your purchase, or issue a refund (if conditions are met).
